As we move on baby boomers in the 1946-1964 preferable telephone, fax, e-mail, group meetings, cell phones (not for texting), and formulation to instance communication. As we enter generation X 1965 - 1978 communication obstacles were hand written letters, team discussions, had barrier with communicating up or down a generation, good barriers with social networking sites, and face to face communication. Generation X preferred email, texting, cell phone, blogging, instant message, and online forums. Generation Y 1979 - 1997 had difficulty with face to face conversation, telephone conver! sation, and professional or even periodic letter writing.
